What are your standard shipping times and costs?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days for a flat rate of £4.95. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping across the UK mainland.

What is your return policy for camping equipment?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sleeping bags and certain personal items cannot be returned once opened.

Do you offer a warranty on tents and awnings?

Yes, all our tents and awnings come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
